If your case requires a jury trial, however, it will be bound over to Fulton County State Court, because the Municipal Court only has bench trials, decided by a judge. One thing that Municipal Courts do offer is pretrial programs, to help a first time offenders take responsibility for their actions, yet maintain a clean criminal record.
